EVA film is a type of hot-melt adhesive, which is a copolymer of ethylene vinyl acetate. It is formulated through scientific technology and undergoes high-speed mixing, plasticization, extrusion, shaping, cooling, measurement and winding processes. After processing into a film, it has no stickiness at room temperature and undergoes melt bonding through vacuum hot pressing in glass laminating equipment. The processed EVA film has excellent flexibility, impact resistance, high transparency, and super strong adhesion; Moreover, it has extremely strong resistance to environmental stress cracking, moisture resistance, weather resistance, heat sealing, and other characteristics. Regarding the storage of film
EVA laminated glass film is usually required to be stored in a ventilated, dry, and clean independent warehouse, avoiding direct radiation from sunlight and heat sources: to prevent rain, heavy pressure, external impact, and scratches from hard objects; The warehouse temperature should be controlled below 35 ℃, and the humidity should not exceed 60%; When there is a large inventory of film, a tray should be placed under the film to facilitate ventilation, heat dissipation, and moisture isolation. If the film is subjected to pressure, heat, or excessive moisture, it will exhibit varying degrees of self-adhesive phenomenon or yellowing and redness on the surface of the film, which will affect normal use.
The remaining film after use must be repackaged with clean materials to prevent the weak static electricity carried by the film itself from adsorbing dust and contaminating the film, affecting normal use.
Good fluidity, generally with good processing effect at around 110 ℃. Decorative glass with patterns and designs can be made using methods such as wire clamps and roll clamps in the film layer. Therefore, it is mainly used for indoor partitions and decoration.
